Return & Refund Policy
(Applies only to Figurine Products Except Blind Box)
1. Terms
By purchasing figurine products from our online store or physical location, you agree to this Policy.
2. Online Store Purchases
2.1 Return Policy
All purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Products will be checked before delivery. Before any product is shipped to the customer, we assure that all products and packaging are thoroughly inspected and checked by our logistics staff before sending out for delivery. We strive to only provide the highest quality of products for our customers.
2.2 Defective or Damaged Items
If figurine products arrive in defective or damaged condition, they may qualify for a replacement or return based on damage severity. When a replacement is unavailable, a refund, including original shipping fees, may be issued. Proof of damage via images or video (see Section 3) is required.
Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., paint inconsistencies, small dents, light scratches, slight discoloration, or package condition issues) do not qualify as defects and are ineligible for refund or replacement under this Policy.
2.3 Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving a returned product, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility for return or replacement. This process may take up to seven (7) business days. If the item does not meet the conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund or replacement.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Notify Us: Submit a return request via email within 10 days of receiving the product, including images or a short video showing the defect or damage.
- Return the Item: Once approved, return the item to our designated address at your expense, securely packed to prevent further damage.
- Inspection and Refund/Replacement: After receiving the item, we will inspect it, and if approved, process a replacement or refund within seven (7) business days.
Important: We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. Costs may be deducted from the refund if the item is returned with a damaged label or packaging.
4. Shipping Fee Policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In the case of an prearranged exchange the customer will be required to pay an re-shipping fee. If you are shipping items over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Physical Store Purchases
All purchases are final, with no returns or refunds. Please review your order carefully before purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the product's value. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased product.

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this Policy periodically for updates.
